Hendrix Hel'horo arrived in Eorzea from the Azim Steppe in search of knowledge & adventure. To her dismay, she found that education and scholarship was often gatekept from the public, whether by Lominsan thalassocratists, Ul’dahn monetarists, Gridanian nationalists, Ishgardian aristocrats, or Sharlayan isolationists. The plucky Xaela poet decided to open a public library that enshrined the value of intellectual freedom for all. Unfortunately, she isn't made of gil. So, she spoke with her friend Big for ideas. Big’s idea was to seek out the Mandervilles for financial backing. While quite quirky and evasive, they are Eorzea’s most wealthy wildcards. Alas, she never got a word in edgewise with any Mandervilles...However, word of her endeavor did travel through the staff hallways of the Gold Saucer and reached the little fluffy ears of Chief Moogle Mogmugg. He had ideas to expand his own entertainment establishments in Eorzea—but the Gold Saucer contract prevented him from doing so. He sent his own personal delivery moogle to Hendrix with an offer: the moogle would fund her library

HENDRIX HEL'HORO
She/They | Au'ra: Xaela | HealerAn Azim Steppe native emigrated to Limsa Lominsa, Hendrix is a scholar & poet who thrives on adventure. Inspired by their mother's past life as a dungeoneering dancer, Hendrix sought Eorzean shores to learn, grow, and evolve as a person dedicated to uplifting others. With her lifelong chocobo companion, Peepo (and his chonky hatchling, Buuz), Hendrix seeks comraderie as she uncovers mysteries past & present.PLAYER: Kaye
They/themHoi hoi! I'm Kaye, a queer, neurospicy nerd who loves playing games online and offline with friends. Am I bringing my passion for my various hobbies and jobs into my FFXIV roleplaying? ...yes, yes I am! What can I say—libraries are cool!

BIG MCLARGEHUGE
He/Him | Roegadyn: Hellsguard | TankOrphaned son of two Roegadyn mercenaries, Big McLargehuge spent his youth in the streets of Ul'Dah just trying to find ways to be useful. Eventually becoming a Captain of the Immortal Flames, Big has always been the first to jump into the fray of battle. While he's most adept with the blade, his true passion is crafting.PLAYER: Pat
He/HimHaldo! I'm Pat! I'm a freelance IT guy and I've played MMOs off and on since Ultima Online. Kaye and I have been married for years now, and when they decided to jump into FFXIV, I decided to take the plunge with them. We've been having a great time together in Eorzea ever since!

HEXEVELION TATUM
She/Her | Lalafell: Dunesfolk | DPSHex grew up in a small fishing village in Western La Noscea, near where Halfstone used to be. As the eldest of three siblings, Hex became the main breadwinner of her family after the Calamity forced them to flee to Aleport. She readily took to crime in order to keep her family fed. Once her family situation stabilized, Hex struck out for Limsa Lominsa to seek her fortune, swearing that she would never experience poverty again. Her experiences have made her value knowledge, secrets and cleverness, and given her a disdain for law and authority.PLAYER: Soup
She/HerHeyo, you can call me Soup. I'm another one of those queer internet leftists still trying to hold out hope for a better future. I love stories, video games, cats, horror and parsnips. FF14 captured me with its story, and it's the first game like this wherein I have been genuinely drawn to roleplaying. It's just so easy to feel like you're a part of this world. When I'm not online, I'm petting my cats, taking walks, writing or going to protests.
